Energy Manager Re-Certification Course
A 2-day, 16-hour DOE-aligned re-certification course for existing Certified Energy Managers covering current energy regulations, Level 2 Energy Audits, efficient building systems, sustainability, and digital energy management.
Introduction
The DOE Energy Manager Re-Certification Course (EMRC) is a mandatory 16-hour continuing professional development program for DOE-Certified Energy Managers who need to maintain their competence, compliance, and familiarity with current energy regulations and advanced energy-efficiency practices.
The course reviews the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act, or Republic Act No. 11285, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, relevant Department of Energy issuances, and advanced applications in energy auditing, building-system optimization, sustainable design, and digital energy management.
Successful completion supports the DOE re-certification requirements for Energy Managers.
