For organizations

Bring the training to your site

When a whole team needs the same standard, an in-house run gets them there faster, cheaper and with the content aimed squarely at your own operation.

Why in-house

The same program, aimed at your operation

Public batches have to speak to everyone in the room. An in-house run does not, which is why the same content lands harder when it is delivered on your own site.

Your hazards, your equipment

Cases, photos and exercises are rewritten around your own site so nobody has to translate a generic example.

Scheduled around production

Split across shifts, run over consecutive days, or delivered on a weekend. The calendar bends to your operation.

Lower cost per participant

One flat program fee covers the batch, so the cost per head falls as your group grows.

One consistent standard

Everyone hears the same thing at the same time, which is what makes a procedure stick after the training ends.

How it works

From enquiry to certificates in four steps

01

Tell us the need

Send the program you are considering, the number of participants and your target window. A short call is usually enough.

02

We scope and quote

You get a written proposal with the outline, the trainer, the duration and a fixed price. No cost per head surprises.

03

We tailor the content

Your procedures, incident history and equipment go into the material before the first session, not after feedback.

04

Delivery and documentation

We run the batch at your site or online, then hand over attendance records, assessment results and certificates.

Which one fits

Public batch or in-house run

Both use the same material and the same trainers. The difference is who the room is built for.

What we tailor

Almost everything except the standard

The competencies a program has to deliver are fixed. How it is delivered is not.

  • Programme length and session split
  • Your own procedures and forms
  • Site specific hazards and case studies
  • Language of delivery
  • Assessment difficulty and pass mark
  • On site, live online or blended
  • Certificates issued in your format
  • Post training refresher sessions

Questions

Before you send the enquiry

Can a company enroll several employees at once?

Yes. Companies regularly enroll staff in both our online and scheduled trainings. Send us the course, the number of participants, and your preferred format through Request a Quote and our team will assist with the arrangement.

Are your courses online, webinar, or face-to-face?

It depends on the course. Our online self-paced courses can be started anytime once payment is verified, with no fixed class dates. Live webinars run on scheduled dates via Zoom. Face-to-face trainings run on scheduled dates at an announced venue. Each course page states which format applies, and several courses are offered in more than one format at different rates.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. A certificate of training is issued upon completion of each course. Once your account is set up, your certificates are also available to download anytime from your Training Portal account.

Can my company be billed, or do you issue documents for company reimbursement?

Yes, we regularly work with companies enrolling their staff. Send us your company name, the participants, and the documents your finance team needs, and we will coordinate with you.
