PPE to Regular CCPE: Requirements, Documentation, and Presentation
A 3-hour guided online session for Provisional Project Engineers (PPE) preparing for Regular CCPE Accreditation under DPWH D.O. No. 169, s. 2025.
Introduction
Passing the CCPE Examination and receiving your Provisional Project Engineer (PPE) certificate is only the first step. The next step, full accreditation as a Regular Contractors' and Consultants' Project Engineer, is where most applicants stall, and it is rarely because of competence. It is because of documentation.
This is a focused 3-hour online session that walks you through exactly what DPWH expects from a Regular CCPE accreditation application: which documents are required, how training certificates and experience records should be organized, how project experience should be presented, and which common errors send applications back for compliance.
The session is guided throughout by the requirements of DPWH Department Order No. 169, Series of 2025, and is conducted by J3 Trainers and Consultants, Inc. (J3TCI), a PRC-accredited CPD Provider, DOLE-accredited Safety Training Organization, and DOE-recognized Training Institution.
Why This Course Matters
Incomplete or poorly organized documentation is the single most common reason CCPE accreditation applications are delayed or returned. Applicants who have already completed their trainings and accumulated the required experience still lose months because a certificate is missing, an experience record is unsupported, or the portfolio is assembled in a way the evaluator cannot follow.
This session exists to remove that risk. In one afternoon you will know what to submit, how to arrange it, and how to present your qualifications so your application moves forward the first time it is reviewed.

Training Methodology
The session is delivered live via Zoom in a lecture and walkthrough format. It includes:
- Document-by-document discussion of the accreditation requirements
- Worked examples of correctly and incorrectly prepared submissions
- An open question-and-answer segment
Participants are encouraged to bring their current documents so questions can be raised against their actual situation.

Participants who already hold a PPE certificate or a July 4, 2026 examination result are encouraged to have their documents on hand during the session.

This session is a guidance and orientation webinar. It does not carry a CCPE accreditation point under DPWH D.O. No. 169, s. 2025. Accreditation points are earned only through the eight accredited training courses in the CCPE Accreditation Program.

- 1:20 to 2:05 PM Requirements for Regular CCPE Accreditation: the full checklist
- 2:05 to 2:50 PM Documentary requirements: training certificates, experience records, supporting documents
- 2:50 to 3:00 PM Break
- 3:00 to 3:30 PM Building the accreditation portfolio: structure, sequence, and formatting
- 3:30 to 3:50 PM Presenting qualifications and project experience; common errors and incomplete submissions
- 3:50 to 4:00 PM Progression roadmap: Provisional Project Engineer to Regular CCPE, and open question and answer
Timings are indicative and may be adjusted by the facilitator based on participant questions.

No. 169, s. 2025, the CCPE Accreditation Program covers all eight courses, a total of 296 training hours, with 1 accreditation point each, delivered online and via live webinar.
The full program is 30,000 pesos outright, or 36,000 pesos on installment (6,000 pesos down payment plus 5,000 pesos monthly for 6 months).
